HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?

On the checkout screen, there is a field labeled Discount on the top portion of the screen. Enter the discount code you received and press the "Apply" button. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

We ship to almost every country in the world.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES? WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

 

* Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes as they are managed by USPS and out of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 30 days from your date of purchase.

 

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

 

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?

Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RUTURN POLICY?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SLN purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please sent us an e-mail to support@sweetlittlenursery.com and we’ll make things right.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less shipping costs. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sweetlittlenursery.com

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADD ON?

Once your order is placed we cannot accept changes or an add ons as our wear house is in China and our whole process is automated.

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

HOW DO I DISPUTE A TRANSACTION?

If you have any concerns with your order, whether it be a quality issue, sizing issue, item not received etc, please contact us right away. We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied.  By contacting us directly rather than disputing a transaction with PayPal or your credit card company, your dispute will be settled much quicker. Disputes with PayPal and credit card companies can take 45 days or more.
